We wish you well and thank you for all you have done. Sharon is stepping up and taking over as our Service Officer. She has several years experience at this, and will be a great help to our Veterans.
The Post would like to recognize five members for 50 years continual service as an American Legion member. They are: Gary Gibbs, Marvin Rowan, Merrill Faulk, Robert Wolfe, and Timothy Quimby. Thank you for supporting The American Legion and our programs for the past 50 years.

Coronavirus update: How Albert C Kean Post 149 American Legion is caring for members and guests
To our valued Veterans, Members and guests,
As the coronavirus COVID-19 affects our communities, our work as one of your Veterans Service Organization continues. We are vigilant, heeding all federal, state and local health advisories, and where it makes sense, adjusting efforts to safeguard the health and safety of our members and staff. To date we have taken the following precautionary measures:
Continuing Communication: We are closely monitoring the situation, and regularly providing our staff with the most up-to-date safety guidance as recommended by the CDC and other health officials.
Prioritizing Good Hygiene practices: We are providing continuous reminders about good hygiene practices and supporting our staff with the necessary resources. For instance, hand sanitizer at the bar, frequent hand washing and frequent wipe-downs.
Increasing Routine Cleaning: In line with our commitment to provide a safe and clean environment, we have increased the frequency of cleaning high attention areas paying close attention to high touch areas such as bar top, door handles, restrooms, hard horizontal surfaces and using a drink glass only once and then washing.
Suspending All Bar Provided Snacks: As this situation has evolved, we have taken increased precautions related to our snacks placed out and around the post. We are still selling the individual pack of snacks and other hot finger foods from behind the bar.
There is nothing more important to us that the health and safety of each and every one our guests. As a precaution, please show the respect for fellow members by not shaking hands of other physical contact, use the elbow. For the safety of some of our more senior members, if you feel any of the symptoms of this COVID-19, or even the flu or a cold, please even though we value your participation here, please isolate yourself until you are cleared.
